Studio Visits is a blog dedicated to curatorial positions by young art professionals in Germany and Brazil. For two to three months, a curator visits artists in their studios and writes about their work, how it is related to the international art scene, and how practices and discourses vary in different cities and countries.

The bloggers of Studio Visits discuss artistic positions from a curatorial viewpoint, contextualise them, and create personal compilations by presenting artists and their ways of working in an individual manner. The blog introduces curatorial and artistic practices by talented young individuals who discover new positions and write about their personal encounters and experiences.
