Chang Fang-Chih

Chang Fang-Chih was born in 1967 in Taipei. He studied at National Taiwan University of Arts, Department of Sculpture. His art works have received several awards, included the “Graphic Novel Award” Government Information Office, ROC., for four times, as well as the Bronze Award of the Fourth International MANGA Awards. He is the chairman of BoHai Cultural Enterprises Co., Ltd, as well as a member of the Comic Artist Labor Union in Taipei. Recently, he has been working on various color comics for children, such as “Baby Bear”, “Bad Dog Luck”, “The Little Polar Bear Q”, and “The Kids On The Wall”.
