About the project
Between intimacy and publicity - pictures and texts on buildings in the city-center of Oslo – a project by the German artist Thyra Schmidt, Norwegian assistant Hillevi Munthe.
The blog accompanies and extends the artist’s project „I can’t just be nowhere“ in the public space in Oslo by Thyra Schmidt. The project focuses on how we deal with the intimate in public. Large-scale pictures and texts suggesting private themes will be installed on buildings in the districts Oslo sentrum, Grønland and Grünerlokka.
